Starting school is a big milestone for children and their families. The transition to primary school both challenging and exciting.

Help your child through the transition by:

encouraging them to explore their feelings
helping them connect to their school
supporting them in building friendships and relationships

empowering them to build their confidence and independence.

An information session for parents of Kindergarten students who are commencing school in 2027 will be held on Monday 19th October in the school library. This session will begin at 5:30pm and conclude by 6:30pm. The school will address issues such as readiness for school and supporting your child prior to starting. We will also provide an overview of the orientation program we have planned for Term 4.

The Kindergarten Orientation Program for students commencing Kindergarten in 2027 will be conducted in Term 4, 2026 on the following dates:

· Wednesday 4 November, 9:30am – 11:00am

· Wednesday 11 November, 9:30am – 11:00am

· Wednesday 18 November, 9:30am – 11:00am

· Wednesday 25 November, 9:30am– 11:00am

During your child’s final orientation visit on Wednesday 25 November 2026, a parent information session will be held in the school hall from 9:45am – 10:45am. The school will provide more detail of the start of the 2027 school year and also take you through the comprehensive information pack that we will provide.
